Please follow the simple instructions below, for all returns and exclusions.
Every order will include a return form. Please fill it out entirely and follow the instructions/regulations below.
To receive a refund, items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition, (free from any stains, deodorant, makeup or wear) in which it was received. Fill out return form, along with order number, date received and date returning, price of item and reason for return.
*Please note exclusions. Items not available for return: Accessories, intimates, bodysuits, sale items and bathing suits, are all final sale.
If items are in the same condition, within the allotted return time, your refund will process within 7-10 business day. If you opt for a store credit, you will receive a $5 credit towards your order. Please state your preference on your return form and a promo code will be emailed to you for your future orders. Size exchange is available for a shipping flat rate fee of $5.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and all shipping returns costs are customers responsibility.
USPS flat rate packages are recommended for returns, as the automatic tracking and insurance are included in all packages. Without proof or receipt of delivery, a refund cannot be issued. Queen Armour is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
All qualifying items must be returned in original packaging, unworn in perfect condition, with attached tags and return form filled out in its entirety, postmarked within 7 calander days to:
